Summary

merge upstream V2 through 9b49e7bec9157bb5a0434199e62f3ffae33e61e0
preserve Shuvcode branding, XDG compatibility, and hardened loopback attachment handling
remove deprecated fork compatibility surfaces and add forward-only mobile-pairing cleanup
harden the manual fork release workflow and bootstrap trusted publishing for all 19 npm packages

Validation

full deterministic package tests and typechecks passed
generated outputs and migration registry verified
compiled Bun and Node service lifecycle smoke tests passed
npm ownership preflight passed for all 19 fork packages
independent final review reported no findings
