Summary

Part of a repo-wide cleanup (companion PRs on master, arch, macOS, alpine, raspi, plus a new raspi-arch branch for Arch Linux ARM — see the master PR for the full rationale).

  • Adds the branch table / repo-structure explanation to README.
  • Fixes the clone command to git clone -b <branch> ... ~/gitRepos/settingfiles (this branch's set.sh already used the correct path — no script change needed here).

No other content changes.

Hardcoded personal values

None specific to this branch beyond what's already listed in the master PR (the shared .zshrc content this branch carries includes keychain --agents ssh --eval ljlee_id, etc.).

Test plan

  • README renders correctly and the clone command works as documented
  • No other files changed on this branch (docs-only)

Generated by Claude Code

README was byte-identical across all 6 branches with no explanation of
the layout. Document the branch table, note master as the canonical
source for shared dotfiles, and switch the clone command to the
correct ~/gitRepos/settingfiles path with a -b <branch> flag.
