Overview

BestDose is a software for Model Informed Personalized Dosing Applications (MIPD).
It is designed to help healthcare professionals optimize drug dosing for individual patients based on their unique characteristics and responses to treatment.

BestDose partners with the Pmetrics package for R, which provides the use of non-parametric model.
This is the only Non-Parametric and Bayesian adaptive control software for clinical use.

See Goutelle et al. J Clin Pharmacol, 2022 for more information about non-parametric and Bayesian adaptive control.
