One documentation gap in the new local development walkthrough: volcano durable deploy --all only deploys functions explicitly declared with kind: durable in volcano-config.yaml. The guide currently goes from the decorated Python handler straight to that command without showing the required manifest declaration. Adding @durable alone does not make the CLI discover it as a durable function, so following these steps without that declaration fails with no durable functions declared.

Could you add a minimal manifest for charge-order, along with the function's source location and requirements.txt containing volcano-sdk-python, or link to a complete setup guide before the commands? The new local development section in the README should also mention the manifest prerequisite.
