Add a large set of Turkish-language README guides and tutorials across docs: ai-agent-skills (agent concepts, SKILL.md spec, Claude API, skill best practices and many skill topics), retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG concepts, chunking, embeddings, vector DBs, etc.), running-llms-locally (local LLM setup, Ollama, LMStudio, integrations), and shadcn UI documentation. These files provide onboarding and reference material for building and integrating agent skills, RAG pipelines, local LLM deployments and front-end components in Turkish.
Add comprehensive Turkish documentation across multiple topics. New content includes a GitHub Actions CI/CD index and detailed guides (artifacts, caching, branch/path/tag filters, workflow syntax, environments, secrets, CD pipeline, reusable workflows, best practices), Next.js topic pages (setup, routing, components, data fetching, deployment, auth, streaming, caching, error/loading handling, fonts/metadata, route handlers, layouts, and source notes), and Prompt Engineering guides (intro, prompt patterns, few/zero-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG, evaluation, templates, long-context handling, common pitfalls). These are added as README.md files to populate the docs tree.
Delete three source documentation files that were removed from the repo: nextjs/source/llms.md (large Next.js reference/guides file), nextjs/source/strapi.md (external Strapi link), and shadcn/source/llms.md (shadcn/ui overview). Cleanup to remove outdated or duplicated documentation content and reduce repository clutter.
Add a large set of Turkish learning resources: a Redis queue-focused index and many Redis lessons (BLPOP/BRPOP, LMOVE reliable queues, consumer groups, streams, LMOVE/BLMOVE pattern, BullMQ examples, producer/consumer patterns, TTL/message management, etc.), SEO fundamentals pages (keyword research, meta tags, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, helpful content/EEAT, mobile-first indexing, etc.) and a system-design collection (API gateway, cache, CAP theorem, CDN, load balancing, message queues, microservices, scaling, rate limiting, SQL vs NoSQL, URL shortener design, and more). Includes README index files and corresponding content/`içerikler.md` files for each section to structure the documentation. This commit adds the initial content and examples for these topics in Turkish.
Add consistent trailing '####' to section headings across several README files (ai-agent-skills, prompt-engineering, retrieval-augmented-generation, running-llms-locally) for formatting consistency. Rename three prompt-engineering directories/files to use ASCII-safe names (cikti-bicimlendirme, rol-ve-baglam-verme, uzun-baglam-ile-calisma) and update related links in prompt-engineering/README.md.
Add a set of Turkish NestJS documentation files under nestjs/: an index README and topic-specific READMEs covering Auth (JWT, login/register), Controllers & Routing, Custom Decorators, DTO & Validation, Guards, Interceptors & Middleware, Exception Filters, Pipes, Prisma setup/schema, Modules & DI, Providers/Services, Relations, Response Serialization, service organization, basic CRUD operations, and additional content files. These are new learning/tutorial materials to organize and document the project's NestJS concepts.
