There was a problem regarding fetched openGraphImageUrl from the github API, the URL was only available for a few minutes (
Error 618 jwt:expiredif the image was fetched later in the day).This PR downloads all the images so they are served by vitepress.
This also accelerates the time to display images in the catalogs as some image sources can be slow to send images content.
