The flag only disables Chromium's setuid sandbox for the root container,
which has nothing to do with the GPU. Rename it accordingly and pass it via
the container -e option so the separate GITHUB_ENV echo step is gone.
The Backfill GPU ICD manifests step already queries nvidia-smi for the
driver version, so a separate report step adds no signal.
Install the project and Install dependencies both ran uv sync; merge them
into a single step that syncs and installs Playwright.
