Moves operation history and bodies out of layout panes for accounts granted the Scene browser rollout, while retaining the prior pane layout for rollback.

Independent follow-up to #14633.

Documentation: KittyCAD/documentation#1086.

  1. Remove model-tree panes from the active layout and hide their legacy area entries only while the feature is enabled, preserving unrelated panes and split proportions.
  2. Save the pre-experiment pane layout with the migrated layout so revocation can restore it after reload.
  3. Wait for user features to settle before deciding whether a saved migrated layout needs restoration; retain access during ordinary refreshes.

How to test

Use a saved layout containing Feature Tree, Bodies, and unrelated panes with custom sizes. Grant the flag and check that only the model-tree panes move into the Scene browser. Reload while the flag is still loading, then grant or revoke access. Revocation should restore the saved pre-experiment layout. Check reset and layout changes while enabled, and confirm unflagged layouts remain unchanged.
