What and why

Syncs this repo's ROADMAP.md with the reconciled canonical copy. The seven copies had drifted to 92 conflicting row statuses since c488967 (2026-10-06); scripts/roadmap-merge (F-15) was run for the first time to resolve them.

Changes

  • ROADMAP.md replaced with the merged result. Byte-identical to Kinlock-Org/.github PR's docs/ROADMAP.md except one line: DEC-03's ADR link is written ](docs/adr/… here because this file sits at the repo root.
  • No source, test, config, or dependency changes.

Hard rules / invariants touched

None.

Tests

  • diff <(git show HEAD:ROADMAP.md) <merged-output> → 0.
  • roadmap-check's gate regex against this diff: added changelog rows present.
  • Progress table regenerated upstream by scripts/roadmap-progress: 74 of 204 rows DONE, 41% readiness. Not run here: this PR touches no code.

Docs / ADR

None beyond ROADMAP.md.

Roadmap

This copy is where the corrections land for rows owned by other repos and by org. Changelog entry added: yes (2026-10-08, chore/roadmap-reconcile).

Assumptions and open questions

The five sync PRs should merge as a set; merging only some leaves the copies divergent again until the next roadmap-merge run.

…oadmap

Run of scripts/roadmap-merge (F-15) in Kinlock-Org/.github on 2026-10-08. Copies are meant to be
identical apart from ADR link paths, which differ because this file sits at the repo root.
Readiness recomputed by scripts/roadmap-progress: 74 of 204 rows DONE, 41%.
