chore: upgrade to Node 24 and remove deprecated devDependencies - #6

Bump CI to Node 24 LTS and @types/node to match. Remove orphaned rcedit and the one-off generate-ico tooling (sharp, png-to-ico) — public/logo.ico is committed so the dist pipeline is unaffected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
