Summary
Prepare v4.1.6 with the merged fixes for linear-contract short returns (#64), drawdown from starting equity (#65), and completed-candle CLI/Discord analysis (#66).
Synchronize package/runtime/test versions, date the changelog, and align the English and 正體中文 release summaries. Upgrade notes explain how to recalculate older reports using preserved inputs and costs, and how completed-candle counts affect live analysis. Publishing uses the existing verified-main tag and Trusted Publishing workflow.
