Feat: variation sum - #2

A VariationSum estimator builds <name>Up/Down for every histogram that has one of its parts: the nominal plus the sum of each part's difference to the nominal. The parts are column variations <name>Up%<part>, which are neither templates nor datacard shapes; DataMinus builds its output for them like for any column variation, so a sum placed after it also covers the estimated processes. It serves one nuisance from CROWN shifts produced per decay mode and is exact where no event is changed by two parts.
The datacard shapes file and the synced shapes wrote every nominal-region variation, the <name>Up%<part> inputs of a VariationSum included. They are intermediate histograms; is_part() marks them and both writers skip them.

Adds VariationSum, which builds one Up/Down variation from the nominal plus the summed differences of its part variations, e.g. one nuisance from CROWN shifts produced per decay mode or pT bin. The part histograms are only used to build the sum and stay out of the shapes files.
