Add generated instance counts and typed peer evidence while keeping source applicability distinct from cross-device relationship verification. - Add Count headers for 488 MEBS snippets with per-device totals. - Extend the header contract, parser, catalog and portal detail view. - Enroll Count and partial peer evidence in source-backed CI checks. - Add confined artifact writes and bounded group-pattern matching. Regenerated snips.json and the MEBS BYOAI bundle. No configuration-body changes.
Declare the active global automatic-RD seed as a required same-device prerequisite for transport-class auto-create, preserving independently configured source values. - Add Junos and EVO route-distinguisher-id snippets using RD_SEED_AUTO, each covering 18 validated devices. - Add seed dependencies to all five transport-class forms and enforce their declarations with source-bound regression coverage. - Refresh bindings, Count evidence, BYOAI bundles and portal exports. Regenerated snips.json (1,092 snippets). No existing snippet bodies or archived configurations change.
Replace fixed scheduler-form dependencies with a required device-applicable variant while retaining forwarding-class prerequisites and complete source-bound scheduler output. - Extend configured capability validation with generic cos:schedulers support; keep required names in MEBS composition metadata. - Replace both scheduler-map dependencies and remove their obsolete occurrence overrides without changing scheduler bodies or applicability. - Enforce declared scheduler prerequisites and cover both mirrored entry paths, exported selection, missing declarations and JVD isolation. Regenerated evidence, BYOAI bundles and snips.json (1,092 snippets). No archived configurations or existing snippet bodies change.
Add the missing MEBS native representations and keep literal Pair-with targets within the declaring OS directory. Preserve source bodies and dependency obligations while partitioning registered mirror evidence by native OS. - Add 20 byte-identical mirrors, including PTX and legacy-ACX scheduler forms, high-metrics IS-IS groups and the Junos rate-limit filter. - Repair four cross-directory declarations and retain source-bound interface selection and advertised service coverage. - Enforce cross-directory errors and strict-on-change native mirror checks; regenerate Count, bindings, peer evidence, BYOAI and catalog outputs. Regenerated snips.json (1,112 snippets). Other JVD content and archived configurations remain unchanged.
Apply the native-mirror and variant-severity policy repo-wide: missing OS mirrors and foreign-directory variant selections are errors for changed snippets and applicability-complete libraries. Unchanged partial libraries retain warnings. - Remove the unconditional informational exception for foreign variant selections. - Align the header contract and regression tests with the completeness ratchet. No snippet bodies, applicability claims, catalog data or archived configurations change.
Document source-instance Counts, native OS mirrors, transport-class RD prerequisites, scheduler selection and repository-wide validation enforcement. Include portal maintenance since the previous entry and distinguish source reconstruction from assembly and deployment qualification.

Summary
Expand the MEBS library from 488 to 510 snippets and expose source-instance Counts in snippet headers, the catalog and portal. Add the automatic-RD seed prerequisite, select the applicable scheduler form, and provide native Junos/Junos Evolved representations with OS-local dependency declarations.
Changes
route-distinguisher-idforms using$RD_SEED_AUTOand required dependencies from all five transport-class forms. Preserve independently configured source values rather than assuming loopback equality.Pair withdeclarations. Apply missing-mirror and foreign-variant severity repo-wide: changed snippets and applicability-complete libraries block; unchanged partial libraries retain warnings. All 20 archived MEBS configurations and all 490 pre-existing snippet bodies are unchanged. All 602 other-JVD catalog records are unchanged. The catalog contains 1,112 snippets across 18 JVDs.
Verification
Qualification Limits
This work verifies reconstruction and provenance, not assembly disjointness. Known overlapping snippet forms remain, including both port-based Kompella representations selected for MA5. Five underlay batches (AN1, CR1, MA2, MA4 and MA5) remain fail-closed pending occurrence-level dependency reconciliation. No dependency is removed to conceal these failures.
Scheduler-plus-forwarding-class candidates passed commit check on both PTX representatives; the maintainer confirmed no candidate changes remained. ACX710 checking was blocked by existing DUT CoS configuration, and ACX5448 was unreachable. Archived MEBS configurations are the authoritative source and all 20 scheduler device claims reconstruct exactly; this does not claim current-build assembled acceptance on the blocked ACX DUTs. Prior ACX710 lab evidence supports the automatic-RD prerequisite. No forwarding or service-operation qualification is claimed.
Peer-header publication, service-mapping retirement, overlap remediation, the five underlay failures, and non-MEBS content migrations are not included. Merge remains a maintainer decision.
