The test took the second entry of Mozilla's CA bundle and asserted it has an OU. The bundle shipped with current Julia versions has no OU in that entry, so the test failed on Julia 1 and nightly for every PR. ReadPEMCerttook the second certificate in Mozilla's CA bundle and asserted its subject has anOU. In the bundle that ships with current Julia (1.12+ and nightly), that entry isCOMODO ECC Certification Authority, which has noOU. So the test fails on every PR right now (#69, #71, ...).The test now uses the first root whose subject has an
