`deploydocs` used Documenter's default `devbranch = "master"`, so docs builds on `v11` pushes were skipped (`✘ ENV["GITHUB_REF"] matches devbranch="master"`), and the dev docs have been stale since the v0.11.1 build on Oct 18. With `devbranch = "v11"`, the next push to `v11` deploys `/dev`, including the new Examples page.
