- Widen JET compat to 0.12, which Julia 1.13 requires, and run the JET check on 1.13 as well - Widen DocStringExtensions compat to 0.10 and sort [weakdeps] - Bump release-drafter to v7.10.0 and typos to v1.51.1 - Pin the benchmark Python below 3.15 so h5py installs from a wheel Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Combines the open dependency PRs and fixes the CI failures they were all hitting.
Why every dependency PR was failing
The
1channel on CI is now Julia 1.13, and JET only supports 1.13 from 0.12 on.test/Project.tomlcapped JET at 0.11, so resolving the workspace failed on Julia 1 for every PR: tests, docs and linting alike.Changes
0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12. JET 0.12 reports no errors on 1.13, so the JET check intest/linting.jlnow runs on 1.12 and 1.13.[weakdeps]as CompatHelper did. The SciML stack in the test env still holds DocStringExtensions at 0.9, so CI does not exercise 0.10. It was checked separately: the package loads and renders docstrings with 0.10.benchmark/python.jlandbenchmark/CondaPkg.tomlnow pinpython <3.15. The benchmarking guide in the docs installs solposx the same way, sodocs/CondaPkg.tomlgets the same pin.Verification
The bench jobs on this PR are expected to fail. They run with
--bench-on=mainfrom apull_request_targetworkflow, so they usemain'sbenchmark/python.jluntil this is merged.Pkg.test()passes on Julia 1.13.2 (Aqua and JET included) and 1.10.12 in clean checkouts.pre-commit run -apasses.Closes #125, closes #129, closes #131, closes #132, closes #133
