Import SVG files

The user should be able to import an SVG file which will then be displayed on the workspace.

A warning message should appear saying: Some SVG elements are not compatible. <a>Go to the list of compatible SVG elements</a>

• An Import button must open a file selection tool
• Display the imported elements on the workspace
• All supported tags are compatible
• All properties are compatible

A list of supported SVG tags must be chosen and written.
