feat(scripts): add Kibana usage dashboard generator - #474

Builds Lens visualizations, a search, and a dashboard as saved objects and imports them with overwrite, so re-running updates the dashboard in place. Credentials come from KIBANA_USERNAME/KIBANA_PASSWORD in the repo .env. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

scripts/kibana_dashboard.py, which builds (or rebuilds) the Fileglancer usage dashboard in Kibana.It generates Lens visualizations plus a dashboard as saved objects and imports them with
overwrite=true, so re-running updates the dashboard in place.Usage: put
KIBANA_USERNAMEandKIBANA_PASSWORDin.envat the repo root, then runpixi run python scripts/kibana_dashboard.py.KIBANA_URLandKIBANA_DATA_VIEWare optional overrides.Script only; no app code is touched.
