Updated Keycloak providers volume mount path in docker/compose.yaml from ./providers to ./keycloak/providers.

To keep providers directory consistently under docker/keycloak/ alongside other Keycloak-related files.
⚙️ How was it implemented?
One line change in compose.yaml.
Team members need to move the theme JAR from docker/providers/ to docker/keycloak/providers/ after pulling.
