docs(v5.6): dead release-asset download links and 26 stale external links #351

What happened
docs.ivorysql.org serves the v5.6 branch, and an automated link check over that branch (every URL re-probed to rule out network false positives) found two clusters of dead links: release-asset URLs invalidated by an upstream rebuild, and stale external links — several of them the same ones already fixed on master.
1. Release assets replaced upstream (antora.yml)
antora.yml (EN+CN) pins the 5.6 package assets as IvorySQL-5.6-74c405c-20260918.*, but the release assets were replaced by a 74c405c-20261016 rebuild (verified via the release API). This kills every download link on the CPU architecture adaptation page in both languages (the page builds them from {package-link-*} attributes).
Additionally the 5.6 release ships no mips64el / loongarch64 packages at all (assets exist only for amd64/x86_64/arm64/aarch64), so those two table rows point at non-existent files.
2. Stale external links
