docs: record Jev project adoption decisions

Intent

이번 세션의 도입 검토 내용을 총정리하고, 이 Firstmate 저장소에 실제로 적용할 가치가 합의된 내용만 관련 지침에 반영해 커밋·푸시하고 핸드오프한다. 사용자는 기존 작업 트리 변경을 정리하고 origin/main과 동기화한 뒤, 공유 지침 변경을 별도 범위로 커밋하라고 추가 승인했다. watcher 복구는 하지 않는다.

What Changed

• Added an "Alternative Jev projects reviewed" section to docs/jev-tools-adoption.md, dated 2026-10-02.
• Recorded a decision table for 12 candidate Jev-related repositories (e.g. jev-ultrafast, typesafe-computer-use, kev, laya-mlx, SemIf-OpenJev, clm, jevlike, fast-jev-compaction, typesafe-ai/skills, jev-trader, awesome-jev, awesome-jev-by-typesafe), each with a reject/conditional/reference rationale against Firstmate's current integration set.
• Noted that fast-jev-compaction is already adopted and pinned, and that catalog-style entries (typesafe-ai/skills, the two awesome-jev lists) are reference-only with no separate installation.
