Before: the package description was "A process runner library", there was no project URL, and the README badge still listed .NET 8 and 9. AGENTS.md also pointed at api/SemVer.md, which no longer exists.

After: the description summarises what the README promises, PackageProjectUrl points at the docs site, and the badge shows .NET 10.0. AGENTS.md has a Documentation section and points at docs/versioning.md.

This is step 7 of the shared Invex documentation standard. Process already enforced CS1591.

Local check: the build passes. Two cancellation tests fail locally in the sandbox, and they also fail on unmodified main. CI is the reference for those.
