Before: the source generator tests referenced Basic.Reference.Assemblies.Net100 1.8.12, the only package in Atom with a newer release.
After: they use 1.8.13. This is the package refresh ahead of the Atom 5.0.0 stable release.
How: one version bump in the source generator test project. The shipped analyzers and source generators stay on Microsoft.CodeAnalysis 5.0.0 on purpose. Moving them to 5.9.0 would make them need a newer compiler than SDK 10.0.1xx ships, and consumers would get CS9057. The Invex libraries are already on their latest stable versions, and Verify stays pinned to 32.x.
