Update docs for the new plinth-template installer - #7916

IntersectMBO/plinth-template#85 turned plinth-template from a clone-and-adapt GitHub template into an installer script and moved the project sources under template/. Fix the two doc links that 404 since that merge, replace the clone-the-repo setup instructions with the one-command installer (using --dir on-chain in the auction tutorial so later steps keep working), and stop calling the on-chain directory a repository.

IntersectMBO/plinth-template#85 turned plinth-template from a clone-and-adapt GitHub template into an installer script (
curl -fsSL .../install.sh | sh) and moved the project sources undertemplate/. This updates the docusaurus docs accordingly.
