Hi, I'm Ilia 👋

I'm an AI/ML leader and independent robotics researcher.

I work as a Data Science Director at Agoda in Bangkok, where I lead multiple DS and ML teams and build large-scale production ML systems.

I conduct independent robotics research, focusing on reinforcement learning, imitation learning, VLAs, sim2real, and real-world robot manipulation. I share experiments, technical deep dives, and educational videos on my YouTube channel.
