Homebrew 7 refuses to load formulae from an untrusted tap, so tapping and then installing fails until the tap is trusted. Lead with the one-step install, and add brew trust to the two-step form.

The README now leads with the one-step install, and the tap-first form includes the
brew trust ignite-swift/ignitestep it needs.
