[BUG] Vehicles Display needs an overhaul

Describe the issue

Missing crucial informations about Vehicles:

• Who does the Vehicle belong to? If via access grant, which Level of Access?
• Where is the Vehicle located? ( Multi Sietch, which Partition )
• Vehicles in a Vehicle Tool are displayed twice ( one "Backup" , the other normal )
• Detail informations on Parts of the vehicle ( show Wear & Tear and not only for the chassis ( expand on Click or Tooltip )
