Base Display overhaul / Managemenent:

Overhaul:
Add usefull informations to the bases:

Current Power reserves ( time till Base Power depleated, or when base Power was depleated )
Water Display for the , see how much water Reserves are present / possible
See Owners, but also People with Access rights ( to make things easier, I would also add last logged in Date for the users, to see if any person with access is still "active" )
Display of the Base ID on Map, so that we can make sure the Base ID represents the base we are searching for, eventually klick on base on overland to bring up Infos for the base?

New Management:

Fill up Water reserves
Fill up Power ( could be complictated due to the different generators / fuels )
Manage Access rights, remove / add / promote / demote from the base access / grant ownership to somebody or nobody
delete Subfief ( would make the base destroyable by players )
Base Backup -> Instead of making a Solido copy, do a backup for the backup tool to directly redeploy the base
Copy to other Sietch -> multi sietch functionality ... general Purpose bases built on one sietch, can be copyed to the excat same location on another Sietch. ( for Example a water Supply Base in the starting area in the exact same location on every sietch, without building it multiple times.
