• Switch the offsets that moved in 1.5.0 under KIOU_HOOK_TARGET_BUILD >= 22: each match mode's _gameAdapter and _stateStore, OnlinePvPMode._matchConfig, and the KIFWriteOptions ending-label offset and size. Builds 11 / 12 / 15 keep their values.
• KIF export: KIFWriter.Write(RecordManager, opts) no longer exists in 1.5.0, so build 22 takes the initial position and main line from the RecordManager and calls Write(Position, IReadOnlyList<Move>, opts).
• Version 0.3.0, CHANGELOG and READMEs.

Why

1.5.0 moves every RVA and several field offsets, and the app no longer accepts older builds.

Test plan

• make chinlan for 1.5.0 / 1.1.0 / 1.0.2 and the substrate build for 1.5.0 build with no warnings.
• tools.verify_sites for 1.5.0 verifies all 17 sites against the IPA prologues.
• The build 15 sources expand identically to before the change.

Known gaps

• Not run on a device yet. Kifu Autosave in particular (the new KIFWriter.Write overload and the new KIFWriteOptions layout) is only checked statically; the same code path works in KiouEditor on an iPhone with KIOU 1.5.0.
• Three methods used by the new KIF path are addressed by RVA from dump.cs instead of through the KIOU-Hook catalog.
