This is already covered in "Data being stored". --> Line 26: “At the creation process of questions the field 'Author' is prefilled with the full name of the user, which is creating the question. If this value is not changed, the name of the user is stored.”

To my best knowledge the authors name is dragged to export, because projects wanting to disseminate questions want to allow for users of the disseminated question getting in contact to the author of said question.

This is already covered in "Data being exported". --> Line 41: "The XML export of the question pool contains the personal data 'Author' of the questions and of the question pool itself within the metadata."
