Go to our G+ community and announce your plan. Or, if you have a series of talk planned, you can start a fresh page about them. Google+ Hangout or other tools can be used for group talk online.

How to invite other people to give a talk to our community.

we highly welcome talk organizors. You can start a page for detailed information of the inviting talk. If you have not decide whom to invite, but would like to offer help to organize one, tell our community managers/developers through the "issues" page, some volunteer will contact one speaker for you to organize.

How to organize other community activities.

If you have any idea of organizing an community activity, we suggest you to tell it out in the "issues" page. Some volunteers will try to help you make it perfect.
