Update version of Node used and version of Azure Functions used #584

Update version of Node used in this app to Node 24. The version of Node used in the app has stopped receiving updates.

The version of Azure Functions runtime used is also the previous version - this is still supported, but it would make sense to update both at the same time.

(Could be a good first issue for someone familiar with Node).
