What changed
Switch the Arduino Lint workflow from Library Manager submit mode to update mode.
Why
RadioCore_Kit 1.0.0 has been accepted into the Arduino Library Manager registry and is now present in the official index. Future releases must be checked as updates rather than first-time submissions.
User impact
There is no library API or runtime behavior change. CI will now verify that the registered library name remains unchanged and that future releases satisfy Library Manager update requirements.
