What changed

• New: Pi agent alternatives (953 words, 3 scenes and a title card). "pi agent" had 2,555 impressions at position 7 from 12 to 24 Oct, with only the explainer to catch it. Seven picks, Munder Difflin second.
• New: CLAUDE.md best practices (883 words, 3 scenes, backlog b046). Where each file lives, the 200 line target, AGENTS.md loading, keeping it current. All from Anthropic's memory and best practices docs.
• New: Codex computer use (858 words, 3 scenes, backlog b045). Setup, plans, Windows, locked use, and how it compares with Claude Code's computer use.
• Fix: Cursor alternatives. Cursor's 8 Oct prices (Hobby, Individual $20, Pro Plus $60) replaced with the X Subscription plans read 26 Oct; the two "We ran no test" lines removed; Munder Difflin lines moved to the house line; the rack and bookends scenes updated and their stills re-rendered.
• Blog description and index title no longer say "running multi-agent Claude Code".
• Backlinks: one sentence each in what-is-pi-agent, claude-code-best-practices and what-is-codex.
• docs/ rebuilt with npm run build (blog description changed on every page).
