Summary

• Prepare 0.9.0-beta.2 in the manifest and the two issue-form version examples.
• Update the current status and live-name stage notes with the completed native two-machine observations. Attribute earlier invite-replay, receipt, image, and attachment-decline evidence to its earlier implementation snapshots.
• Preserve open validation gaps and the distinction between native observations, automated implementation evidence, and this metadata/documentation change.
• Keep runtime code, protocol, packaging, licensing, and project policy unchanged. The release-notes draft remains outside the repository; this PR does not tag, publish, or deploy a release.

Validation

• Verified the exact five-file delta against the independently reviewed patch; manifest and issue-form changes are version-only.
• Strict JSON/YAML checks, Markdown parsing/rendering and link checks passed. Remote documentation URLs were checked statically, not fetched as link-health tests.
• Install/update examples in the external draft match the existing guides and passed bash -n and ShellCheck without execution.
• Static Omarchy manifest validation and git diff --check passed; no plugin was loaded or activated.
• AI-assisted preparation received independent read-only review. A Low evidence-attribution finding was corrected; the cumulative rereview found no remaining actionable findings.

Full runtime suites were not rerun for this metadata/documentation-only change. Implementation main CI passed for the base 3dbbffc4a898491b57429ef9708394ea14ba9e34; it is not a substitute for this PR's checks. make test-ci excludes native Quickshell/Omarchy fixtures and does not replace the full local suite or native acceptance.

Remaining limits

• Earlier phase-3 post-kick cleanup and emoji-test ProcessLookupError failures passed full reruns, but their causes remain unresolved.
• Native three-identity invite-conflict, complete three-peer group/mixed-recipient attachment, and remaining network/display and attachment fault-injection checks remain open. Multi-monitor hardware is unavailable.
• Native search-label refresh and renaming during an already-active typing indication were not separately tested. Attachment-decline evidence is UI-only.
• qmllint Panel.qml remains inconclusive with exit 255 and no diagnostics; the other relevant lint targets and runtime fixtures passed on the implementation snapshot.
• Packaging and AUR publication remain paused. A later beta.2 release requires separate approval and must remain a prerelease, not Latest; beta.1 stays unchanged.
