style: satisfy Check Code Formatting gate on develop

Summary

• GADP-051's GossClient fix (PR fix(GADP-051): bound GossClient receive with a timeout to fix cold-start hang #50) merged to develop as merge commit 43047ec, but the "Check Code Formatting" job (Spotless) was red at merge time due to javadoc line-wrap/tag-placement drift in the files it touched.
• This PR applies ./gradlew spotlessApply against develop (post-merge) to green that gate. Formatting only, no logic change.
