Upgrade zod to 4.6.7 (6.18.0) - #1977

Fixes GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5 (memory exhaustion validating oversized constrained collections, < 4.6.6). zod is an unused devDependency, so the major bump has no code impact. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bumps the
zoddevDependency from 3.25.76 to 4.6.7 to clear GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5 (memory exhaustion while validating oversized constrained collections, fixed in 4.6.6). zod isn't imported anywhere and no other package depends on it, so the major version bump doesn't affect the build or the plugin.package.json:zod^3.25.76→^4.6.7yarn.lock: the zod entry is the only changeTest plan
