…ddons#1) Preserves the cleaning-DB orchestrator module (connections, flow projects, ir.cron, run log) from bosd/odoo-data-flow PR #11 (issue #10) before that repo is deleted. Core (it moves/cleans data) -> public addons repo, per PLAN 5.7. Jules-generated PROTOTYPE — captured as-is for reference; reworks tracked in addons#1. See odf_core/SALVAGE.md.
