Coverage map rows ported (v2 REHOME) into root/tests/serve_hook_seats.rs (mounted under
linked_driver_proofs on this base):
- 694 chain.rs::the_walks_tap_and_the_meter_step_make_one_posting_between_them ->
the_walks_tap_and_the_meter_step_make_one_posting_between_them (buffered AND streamed: one
metering row m0 in=11 out=7 cr=0 cw=0 req=1 billable=1, one admission, 18 tokens once)
- 722 meter.rs::the_step_says_whether_it_posted_or_only_sealed ->
a_served_units_usage_is_accrued_exactly_once (18 tokens, durable row {input: 11, output: 7},
one metering row, unchanged after a further settle)
Tests only; no ledger row moves.

Status row 155, F25 REHOME (money half), the rows whose home needs the llm door in the root:
root/tests/serve_hook_seats.rsis mounted underlinked_driver_proofson this base (#824), and underlinked_fold_on_driver(never compiled in CI) on predev. Tests only; no product code, no ledger row moves.Not run locally (no laptop cargo build/test): ModernCI is the proof.
