decisions seam Y: plane open hands provider dialect facts

…ences

PlaneOpenIn gains the appended list providers/providers_len of ProviderFacts (name,
resolved protocol, error_map as one JSON object or absent); the SDK lends it as
Lent<PlaneOpenIn>::providers. A host whose in ends before the list hands none (the
trampoline reads the in up to its size).

The root's served open hands, for each provider the plane's section references
(models.<m>.provider, once each in the order first referenced), its catalog-merged
protocol and error_map, read off the providers the plane's egress is sealed over
(ProviderRoute gains error_map). The probe instance that states claims and audience,
and the loader's open_door, hand none. The list is read at open only: the providers a
door plane is served over are the deployment's at boot.
…9(a))

The shared model entry appends protocol: Option<String> (serde default), so
decisions.models.<m>.protocol parses where deny_unknown_fields refused it; absent
reads as none and the llm plane's configs parse unchanged. The config-schema
snapshot and the decisions plane's CONFIG_SCHEMA model entry gain the field; every
literal ModelCfg in the tests states protocol: None.
…ved open

The list has one builder, busbar_contract::plane_calls::dialect_facts (each provider the
section's models.<m>.provider entries reference, once, in first-referenced order, with
its resolved protocol and error_map; an empty error_map is absent), and one lowering,
the loader's provider_facts. The served open (root serve) reads the facts off the
providers its egress is sealed over; the probe's open (the kernel's door build, through
FacingProbe's new argument) reads them off BuildCtx::providers, the generation's
resolved providers. A probe is keyed by its facts as by its public URL and owned
sections. The plane resolves each model's dialect from them and states its claims.

…providers

The /healthz door tests that came in from predev built BuildCtx without the
providers field and gave the facing probe a 3-argument closure; this branch
widened both (providers: None, &[DialectFacts]). Fixes E0063/E0593 in
busbar-kernel src/plane/tests/door_tests.rs and tests/endpoints_cross_plane.rs.
Not run on Latchkey: the run budget (RUN_CAP) is spent, so the PR's CI is the proof.

…the llm plane's hook cases live in its own crate

ARCHITECT ruling on #464 (BUSBAR-1.6.0.md l.1995-2006): crates/busbar is Family::Neutral and its
law0 ceilings do not move, so the rise this landing made (busbar x plane 857, x transport 209,
x vendor 188 against predev's 822/208/90) is drained rather than re-armed.

- The 1.5.5 hook cases of llm origin (seam, projection, held, policies) and the words they speak to
the plane (its settings, each far end's answer, the plain request the rig fires) move to the llm
plane's own crate, crates/busbar-plane-llm/tests/on_driver/. They are still proven through the
plugin door: the root's hook_parity_driver suite links the plane's door, loads it through the one
loader and drives it on the kernel's plane driver, and compiles the plane's cases beside its rig
from the manifest's [package.metadata.busbar.driver-proofs] row (build.rs writes the one #[path]).
The rig names no plane and no dialect; its plane open states no provider facts (#722).
- The root's pools-door cells (serve_hook_seats.rs, the fold-on-driver cells of serve_tests.rs)
read the dialects they speak as data, the plane's own door words (tests/on_driver/words.txt,
  DRIVER_WORDS), instead of spelling them.
- The tool door's exhausted-walk sentences take the plane's key off the fixture's plane_key.
- model_egress reads the far end's number in the kernel's first reserved status numbering, as the
kernel's far end does, instead of naming the wire.
- Comments in the root and the kernel's hook cases name the plane serving the pools map, not the
plane; the reviewed refusal-site note names no lane by plane.

Customer-visible behaviour is unchanged: no production path changes but the status numbering
read, which is the same constant.
