DRAFT. Stacked on #999 (rule 19), whose pin 4c47cad0385d this uses. No engine change: busbar-release's pinned generator already emits a cell for each new fixtures/boot-mutations.json row. Coordinator 2026-10-14 (law0-root): 1.5.5 bytes that lived only as in-repo fixture data now get an oracle cell, recorded add-only from the published 1.5.5. The guard is untouched.

16 new cells. Each recorded line is the one the fixture quotes.

cell id 1.5.5 recorded (exit 1 unless noted) replaces fixture
boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-UNKNOWN|validate export.x.module: unknown exporter 'nosuch'; the built-in export modules are prometheus | request-log-webhook | request-log-file | otlp #1020 unknown_exporter_1_5_5.txt
boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-SET-PROM-UNKNOWN|validate export.metrics.settings: unknown field `bogus`, expected `buffer_seconds` or `key_gauge_limit` #1020 export_settings_refusals_1_5_5.json case 1
boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-SET-PROM-MISSING|validate export.metrics.settings: missing field `buffer_seconds` case 2
boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-SET-OTLP-UNKNOWN|validate export.trace.settings: unknown field `bogus`, expected `url` case 3
boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-SET-FILE-TYPE|validate export.file.settings: invalid type: integer `7`, expected a string case 4
boot.refusal|LAW0-HOOKWORD-<w>|validate for admin-tokens, cheapest, fastest, first, least_busy, nothing, reject, tokens, usage hooks.<w>: '<w>' is a reserved name (an on_error terminal, built-in ranking strategy, or built-in auth module) and cannot name a hook definition #1017 operator_1_5_5.json hook_word_space
config.migrate|LAW0-MIG-OPERATOR-14X|boot exit 0. --migrate-config of a 1.4.x governance.admin_token writes auth.admin_auth: [admin-tokens] and identity-providers.admin-tokens.token.env: BUSBAR_ADMIN_TOKEN #1017 auth_bindings.rs 1.4.x migration test
config.migrate|LAW0-MIG-OPERATOR-INLINE|boot exit 0. A 1.5.x inline admin_auth entry is lifted onto its definition, and the chain keeps the bare name #1017 auth_bindings.rs inline migration test

Already cells (no new cell needed):

  • Export cases 5 and 6 are boot.refusal|BOOT-101|validate and boot.refusal|BOOT-102|validate.
  • The hook word weighted is boot.refusal|BOOT-056|validate.

Not recordable from the published 1.5.5 (these stay fixture-cited):

  • unanswered_token (BOOT-094) needs a binary built without the auth-admin-tokens feature, and the published binaries carry it.
  • misplaced_token (BOOT-074b) cannot be reached from config.yaml at 1.5.5 (inventory note: the legacy detector and BOOT-074c fire first).

Files

Goldens. From oracle-rerecord run https://github.com/GetBusbar/busbar-release/actions/runs/38552057879: 16 cells added, 0 changed, 0 removed. ledger.tsv is +16, meta recorded goes from 1075 to 1091, and retired.tsv is unchanged. golden-guard --base origin/predev: add-only holds.

…re data (law0-root): unknown exporter, four export-sink settings refusals, nine reserved hook words, two operator migrations

New boot-mutations.json rows (busbar-release's pinned generator emits each as a cell; no engine change):
- boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-UNKNOWN|validate: export.x {module: nosuch} (#1020 unknown_exporter_1_5_5.txt).
- boot.refusal|LAW0-EXP-SET-{PROM-UNKNOWN,PROM-MISSING,OTLP-UNKNOWN,FILE-TYPE}|validate: cases 1-4 of
  #1020 export_settings_refusals_1_5_5.json (cases 5 and 6 are BOOT-101 and BOOT-102).
- boot.refusal|LAW0-HOOKWORD-<w>|validate for admin-tokens, cheapest, fastest, first, least_busy,
  nothing, reject, tokens, usage: #1017 operator_1_5_5.json hook_word_space (weighted is BOOT-056).
- config.migrate|LAW0-MIG-OPERATOR-{14X,INLINE}|boot: --migrate-config over two new inputs in
  fixtures/ (#1017 auth_bindings.rs migration tests).

cells.json is the pinned generator's output less the 7 cells #861/#893 add (2566 -> 2582);
owed-baseline.txt owes the 16.
…ed 1.5.5 (add-only)

From busbar-release oracle-rerecord run https://github.com/GetBusbar/busbar-release/actions/runs/38552057879
(engine 4c47cad0385d, busbar ref lane-gaps-law0-cells): golden-check reproduced every committed cell,
golden-add added 16, changed 0, removed 0; ledger.tsv +16/-0, meta recorded 1075 -> 1091, retired.tsv
unchanged; files copied from the artifact unchanged. Each recorded stderr/stdout carries the line the
in-repo fixture quotes (unknown exporter and sink list; the four settings refusals; the nine reserved
hook words; both migrations' output).

… from the gates log of 80d5f03

- hooks parity (#989): the v1.5.5 hook corpus moves out of the kernel's source into
  testing/hook-parity/v1.5.5-hook-corpus.tsv, read by the count test; its origins are `proxy`/`core`
  and the constants PROXY_ORIGIN/CORE_ORIGIN (gate hook-parity-count reads them). The listing named
  plane, hook and export instances in a neutral crate: kernel x plane +84, x hooks +18, and the
  instance-noun-neutrality llm census.
- config-schema: a section a plane owns beside its declaring one is the endpoint DOOR only for the
  plane the kernel names its owner (EndpointSection::OWNER); any other is RAW, carried by
  DeployCfg::plane_raw, as the pre-pass lifts it since #966 (a2a's agent_push, #1001). Selftest: two
  doors under the owner stay RED; a non-owner's beside section is carried.
- reachability: serve_datagram.rs is the module `serve_datagram`, named for its file like serve_framed.
- teller-steps / libtest_path: door cells are read off the linked rows on the plane-door axis, the
  rows build.rs mounts since #1006 deleted [package.metadata.busbar.door-cells].
- plane-purity dialect / neutral-no-dialect: LegacyLaneKeys flattens ProviderLaneCaps rather than
  spelling its fields (#957).
- structure-lint: stand_in.rs's inline tests move to tests/stand_in_tests.rs (#1010).
- config-scope: auth/mod.rs's test-idp-module arm is braced like its sibling, so the scanner sees
  the `new` construction in the arm after it.
- instance-noun-neutrality mcp: the a2a client cell's rationale (and its capability-equality row)
  names no other plane.
- hold-escapes: host_disk.rs::start (#864's disk lane job loop) is a reviewed known site.
- hook-parity-count: the TODO's M4 row reads 181.
- design-bindings: PB-50's config.migrate family is 158 cells (#1026 added two).
- kind-isolation law0: busbar auth 24, instance:auth 10, instance:export 25, plane 525, transport 97
  are the merged tree's measure (#1038's figures were T+O-B over a virtual base carrying #993, #1017,
  #1020, which w2 does not carry); busbar-contract export 1 -> 0 and transport 226 -> 225 (slack).
