Prefer recording active spans, otherwise explicit fallback — ignore remote non-recording parents that showed up as Missing Parent Spans. Bind stub active span inside state helpers and copy OTEL context into read-only sandboxes. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Prevents recursive @gala-chain/cli archives (22GB+) when pack-and-replace leaves tarballs in the template and prepack rsyncs them into lib/. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
