docs(release): prepare v1.7.2 changelog

Summary

Prepares the 1.7.2 native mobile release with every change landed since v1.6.2.
The app version in app.config.ts is already 1.7.2, so this only adds the release text.

Details

• Adds the v1.7.2 changelog entry, generated by the same script the tag and the GitHub release use, so all three read the same.
• Rewrites the App Store "what's new" text in pt-BR and en-GB around what people will actually notice: sharing a dog profile, the story card, pegada.app links opening in the app, the end of queue screen, and the review prompt landing at a better moment.
• Points the App Store metadata version at 1.7.2. It still said 1.2.4, so the release notes would have been attached to the wrong version.

Testing steps

1. Run the release checks:

pnpm lint
pnpm format
pnpm typecheck
pnpm test
pnpm dedupe --check
DRY_RUN=1 ./scripts/tag-release.sh

2. Confirm every command passes and the dry run reports that the v1.7.2 changelog is ready.
