Hi @mathomp4. Please could you also update NX, NY, and OGCM.NX, OGCM.NY in AGCM.rc based on these new oce/atm layouts. Otherwise, the exp will fail because of a layout mismatch. |

Description
This PR aligns MOM6 ocean layouts at 1920 ranks. It must be used with GEOS-ESM/GEOSgcm_App#910 so the coupled AGCM and ocean components use matching rank counts.
This enables every supported C180 MOM6 configuration to share the same
20x96atmospheric layout.Validated: a C180/o720 coupled run completed successfully.
