Could you handle color and font size like described here :

As the referenced article makes clear, markdown doesn't natively support color and the code you included is actually HTML.

In order to support that Markdown4D would need to add the ability to parse and render HTML, and potentially, CSS.

Personally I think that's a bad idea since it would expand the scope and complexity of the project significantly and likely add a lot of bloat to the codebase too.
