Adds support for querying Xash3D FWGS game servers (non-Steam CS 1.6, Half-Life, etc.).
Xash3D doesn't respond to the standard A2S_INFO packet, it uses info for server info and netinfo 0 3 for the player list instead. This adds a dedicated XashQueryDriver that handles both.
Tested against a live Xash3D server, connection and player list both work correctly.
