0.4.28: Image generation, editing and character generation accept LoRAs, the image model stays on the card longer for people who mostly make pictures, and Repair replaces Python packages whose files are missing.

• Image generation: image generation, image editing and character generation each have a LoRA control. Up to 8 LoRAs can be added, each with a file, a strength and a trigger word that is added to the prompt. Video and image LoRAs are told apart and a wrong choice is explained in one sentence. Without a LoRA the output is unchanged.
• Speed: for people who mostly make pictures, the image model stays loaded for up to 10 minutes when it fits on the card, so the next picture starts sooner. It gives the card back at once when a video or another program needs it.
• Speed: the usage habit that decides which model parts stay in memory (only the kind of each operation and its count, nothing from prompts or images) is now kept across restarts. When prompts change often, the text encoder is loaded while the engine is idle, as far as free video and system memory allow, and stops when a new job starts.
• Speed: after the engine starts, the model files for the first request are read ahead as far as free memory allows: the video model for people who mostly generate again with the same prompt and images, and the text encoder otherwise. A new request or a busy queue stops the reading, and a machine with little free memory reads less.
• Install: Repair now reinstalls Python packages whose files are missing or cut short, for example a numpy library that has gone missing, which setup did not notice before when the package was already at the required version; the repair review counts them in the download. When the hardware check before a request fails to load such a package, the message names the missing file and offers Repair.
• Windows: on machines with little memory, a long video whose second pass stops for lack of system memory now retries in a fresh process, keeping the finished first pass, and can finish instead of failing.
• Guide: the tutorial book covers the additions of 0.4.25 and 0.4.26 and has a new chapter on replacing a person, with a matching guide card. In the Chinese book, quoted interface names of up to eight characters and numbers with their units are no longer split across lines.
