Allow assigning emissivity values per ROI and apply region-specific corrections in the processing workflow.

Tasks

• UI for assigning emissivity value per region
• Data structure for storing per-region emissivity
• Apply correction within IR processing pipeline
• Unit tests for correction logic

Acceptance Criteria

• Each ROI can have an individual emissivity value
• Corrected temperature values are computed and stored correctly
