Runs Transition twice

After OBS 32 now the script still runs random transitions but afterwards it runs half of a second transition.

I logged into my old account after some time, I don't know how to make a pull request. After having issues myself with my stream and having issues trying to fix it (I don't know lua that well) I threw it into ChatGPT and was able to fix it with it's help. Here's the updated code that fixes it! I'm not gonna take credit for something that I don't know how to do.

@FineWolf If you can update the code for this that would be wonderful!

@Juggale : unfortunatly, I still had the same issue with your fix.

I made a pull request with minor changes adding a timer after the scene change event to fix this issue. I don't know if @FineWolf is still active and will be able to review it, but at least you can see the changes in the PR !
