This only touches the lockfile: eslint goes from 10.12.0 to 10.13.0, a minor release that ^10.8.1 already allows. Every peer reference is updated the same way, no other packages moved, and the engines field is unchanged. Typecheck and the lint-related CI jobs were still running when I reviewed.
